Cancellation Policy

There is a cancellation fee of 70% of the attendance fee if a booking is canceled. Cancellations within 3 days of the commencement of training are billed at 100% of the attendance fee.

In case a trainer is unable to participate, we will do our best to find a solution through a shift in lectures or a replacement of the trainer. If this is not possible, the canceled lectures will be given at another day during the course or otherwise within the following month. In any of these extraordinary circumstances, the participants‘ costs (e.g. travel expenses) will not be paid by the KM Academy.

Prices

Coaching for the case study development and certification: € 250

Total cost for the Knowledge Management Certification Programme: Online € 2,495; Vienna f2f € 3,740

SPECIAL OFFER: 1+1 = 1,5. The second participant only pays 50% of the price. Learning together doubles fun and halves the price!

Note: Online trainings are limited to 30 participants, face-to-face trainings are limited to 15 participants and include meals, refreshments and printed material.

Prices do not include VAT. The price includes participation in the training as well as learning materials, meals, and refreshments. Traveling expenses and accommodation are not included, but can be organized by KMA.
